Hi, my name is James Caine and I am the Owner and Personal Trainer here at The Unit Health and Fitness Studio.

Unlike Health Clubs, the studio is only for personal training sessions. This maximises how much exercise people can perform as there is no waiting time between fitness equipment.

I have been a Trainer since 2004, and I have trained many different people of all ages and abilities.

I am proud of the studio as it offers a very private, clean and welcoming training environment for people who want to make a difference and focus on improving their health and fitness.

To help them achieve this, sessions are structured and engaging but at the same time fun and refreshing.

Session payments made simple

Sessions are paid for with a monthly fee decided between you and your trainer, and based on how many sessions a week you require. The average session price is £28 which is used to calculate your monthly fee and set up via a standing order. This is a simple and efficient way of making payments allowing us to focus primarily on your training. Holidays are also factored in, meaning you receive further discounts over the duration of your training.
